Chapter 5.24 Private Clubs
5.24.010. Annual license fee for Class B clubs-Amount.
An annual license fee is hereby levied on each Class B club located within the city, in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars. No rebate or return of any portion of the license fee shall be made in case the state license is revoked for any cause under the laws of the state.

5.24.020. Collection of fees.
The license fees levied in this chapter shall be collected by the city clerk, in accordance with the provisions of KSA 41-2622, at the time the state license fee becomes due.

5.24.030. Application of chapter provisions.
The licensing provisions of this chapter shall be effective on all Class B club license applications, whether original applications or renewal applications.
