Chapter 2.52 Employee Benefits Contribution Fund
2.52.010. Employee benefits contribution fund established.
The City of Belleville, in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 12-16,102, as amended, does hereby establish an employee benefits contribution fund for the purpose of paying the city’s share of employee benefits prescribed by Section 2.52.020.

2.52.020. Same; city’s share of cost.
The city’s share of the cost of employee benefits authorized for payment from the fund created by Section 2.52.010 shall include the following: Employer contributions for social security workers compensation, unemployment insurance, health care costs, employee benefit plans, and employee retirement and pension programs.
