TITLE 9. PUBLIC PEACE, MORALS AND WELFARETITLE 9. PUBLIC PEACE, MORALS AND WELFARE\Chapter 9.12 Offenses Against Public Peace

A.    DISTURBING THE PEACE. It is unlawful for any person to make, continue, maintain or cause to be made or continue any excessive, unnecessary, unreasonable or unusually loud noise which either annoys, disrupts, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of other within the City.

B.    Any such person who shall violate any of the provisions of subsection A shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than fifty dollars or more than five hundred dollars, plus court costs.
