TITLE 12. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PLACESTITLE 12. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PLACES\Chapter 12.32 Rocky Pond Recreation Park

The Rocky Pond Recreation Park of the city shall be open to the use of all persons for rest and recreation at all reasonable hours, as directed by the city manager.

All ordinances of the city shall extend to the area set aside as the Rocky Pond Recreation Park.

Rules and regulations pertaining to fishing and use of the pond and park area provide that:

A.    A daily creel limit of five channel catfish;

B.    Limb and trot line fishing is prohibited;

C.    Largemouth bass, minimum length of fifteen inches;

D.    Fishing with live minnows or goldfish is prohibited;

E.    All gasoline engine powered boats are prohibited;

F.    It is unlawful for any person to drink or consume cereal malt beverages on or in the Rocky Pond Recreation Park between the hours of midnight and six a.m.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than one hundred dollars.
