(a)   There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits  and collection of fees therefor, the International Plumbing Code, 2015 Edition, including Appendix Chapters B, C, D and E, as published by the International Code Council, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this chapter, such code being made a part of the ordinances and code of the city as if the same had been set out in full herein, all as authorized and in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 12-3009 through 12-3012 including any amendments thereto.  One copy of the International Plumbing Code, 2015 Edition, shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Belleville” and shall be filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours of business.

(b)   The following sections are hereby revised:

Section 101.1. Insert: City of Belleville for [NAME OF JURISDICTION].

Section 106.6.2. Insert: Such fees as are set forth in resolution of the governing body of the City of Belleville, as amended from time to time for [APPROPRIATE SCHEDULE].

Section 106.6.3. Insert: 80% in place of [PERCENTAGES IN TWO LOCATIONS].

Section 108.4. Insert: Misdemeanor for [OFFENSE], $500 for [DOLLAR AMOUNT], 30 days for [NUMBER OF DAYS].

Section 108.5. Insert: $250 as minimum fine, $500 as maximum fine, as appropriate for [DOLLAR AMOUNT IN TWO LOCATIONS].

Section 305.4.1. Insert: 12 inches for [NUMBER OF INCHES IN TWO LOCATIONS].

Section 903.1. Insert: 6 inches for [NUMBER OF INCHES].
