The City of Belleville, in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 12-16,102, as amended, does hereby establish an employee benefits contribution fund for the purpose of paying the city’s share of employee benefits prescribed by Section 2.52.020.

The city’s share of the cost of employee benefits authorized for payment from the fund created by Section 2.52.010 shall include the following: Employer contributions for social security workers compensation, unemployment insurance, health care costs, employee benefit plans, and employee retirement and pension programs.
